- 5 litre bags at 3 to 4 bags per minute
- 10 litre bags at 2 to 3 bags per minute
- 20 litre bags at 1 to 2 bags per minute
Sterikap™ 820 Single-Head Semi-Automatic Aseptic Filler Extended Shelf Life (ESL) filler can fill:
- 5 litre bags at 5 to 6 bags per minute
- 10 litre bags at 3 to 4 bags per minute
- 20 litre bags at 2 to 3 bags per minute
Filler Description
- The Sterikap™ 800 is a Single-Head Semi-Automatic bag filler ideal for a range of Aseptic and Extended Shelf Life (ESL) products.
- The filler can fill bags from 1.5 to 25 litres in capacity and be fitted with a variety of taps, caps and tubes.
- Sterikap™ 800 is ideal for startup and medium production. Bags are manually loaded into the filler. After filling, they are released for loading into boxes.
- The fill chamber and all product lines are automatically cleaned in place (CIP) after each production run and sterilized in place (SIP) before each run.
- The fill chamber is fully enclosed and sterility is maintained during production with a combination of steam, sterilant water or sterile air.
